German Fuhrer Commemorative Medals Silver And Gold Plated

Who is the man on the front? We know that they are silver and gold plated. Do they have any value? Report this Post to the Staff

The only other thing I could find was the website above which shows it was made on 1967 They also show a price estimate of 2400 euro, but who knows how accurate that is since it's so tough to find any information on the set, as it depicts on the one medal. Sap Moderator Australia 16826 Posts	Posted 11/12/2013 02:40 am Yep, it's Adenauer. Here's one of the medal sets on CoinArchives, sold for 2400 euros. (Historical note: as with all CoinArchives links, this link will expire in six months.) CoinArchives also notes the "error" in the date: they've used "D" (Roman 500) rather than "L" (Roman 50). The date is supposed to be 1967. And according to CoinArchives, they are solid gold, .986 fine.
