I welcome all opinions on the grade of this dime, what this buildup between the T and A in 'STATES' on the obv, and whether that would net it a details coin.

I would say EF- and no that buildup wouldn't get it a net grade but just use an acetone bath to get it off.

Depends on what's under it, really. Definitely would toss it into some acetone.
