Textile toning will only be found on uncirculated coins because the toning was derived from the specific storage conditions- canvas mint bags locked away in a Treasury vault for several decades. Tens of millions of Morgans went directly from the presses to vault storage and did not see the light of day again until the 1960s/70s.
