This is a Not One Cent - Double struck as indicated by the TT in "Not" and the NN in "ONE"
Also notice the headband doesn't have beads in it, its plain, all the other ones I have seen have beads or dimples in the headband............

Any info?

It's a Patriotic Civil War Token. Not unusual to see doubling and die cracks in these privately minted tokens.

What you have is, as mackwork noted, a Civil War Token, specifically it is a Fuld 364/90. Die design 364 is the wreath side, the Indian Head side is die 90. There are 48 different Indian Head facing left die designs listed in the book "Patriotic Civil War Tokens" by George and Melvin Fuld. This token is a Rarity 1 with over 5,000 estimated to exist.

There are many, many such minor errors, like doubling, die cutting, cliped planchets, off-center strikes, etc. in the CWT series. While these are certainly interesting, only those who are unfamiliar with the dies will pay a premium for such errors.

IMHO, anyone who has a fondness for Indian cents should add one of these CWT's to their collection.
