Hi everyone am new here and I need some help, I got this uncut sheet and I will like to know if I could say its an error on the side cut or not.

What do you think?

The smallest uncut sheet that Bureau of Engraving sells has four one dollar bills.

So somebody cut one in half. Therefore, not a printing error.

Also, as long as all the features that are supposed to appear on the bill are there, it is generally considered within production tolerance.

Still a fun thing to have...
