How would you grade this? What's it worth?

These are the only pictures I have.

Thanks.

I'm a real newbie. What am I looking for?

It's in a "coin edge"(?) plastic case. The edges of the thin plastic are sealed on the out edge. I assume the spots are on the plastic. They don't follow any contours on the coin.

What do you think it's worth? I didn't buy it yet.

Lack of luster is a bit of a turn off for me. Has it been over-dipped?

I'm only going by the picture. Have not seen it in person.

Would the plastic cover and picture quality/angle effect how the luster appears?

I'm assuming the lack of luster is due to the images being scans rather than photos? I'm gonna toss in an MS63.

Yeah, those are scans against a background, not pictures. Could be 58, more likely 63-ish. Not a great premium over melt; there's millions of them.

It's a picture.

The printed background you see is in the plastic holder with a hole cut out to see both sides of the coin.

The way the picture's cropped and the position of the hole it looks like it's pushed against a scanner bed.
