The edges of the thin plastic are sealed on the out edge. I assume the spots are on the plastic. They don't follow any contours on the coin. What do you think it's worth? I didn't buy it yet. Buffalo Bill Valued Member United States 93 Posts	Posted 11/16/2013 2:33 pm It's a picture. The printed background you see is in the plastic holder with a hole cut out to see both sides of the coin. The way the picture's cropped and the position of the hole it looks like it's pushed against a scanner bed. Report this Post to the Staff
