IMO it looks like a nicely toned (or re-toned, although it looks original) XF40. There appears to be a lot of chatter on the obverse devices and field and the breast feathers display too much wear for an AU Morgan. Hard to tell in regards to cleaning/whizzing with the available picks. How does it look in hand?

The way the light plays off the highest places. It's too "shiny." As I said, that could be just a function of how you're lighting the shot, but that's also how a polished coin looks under almost all light.
I'm afraid I agree with SuperDave. I've been buying a lot more certified old u.s. coins in MS-65+ and I do see some slight polish under the light.
The Mint State coins have a razor sharp shine that spins like an airplane propeller when moved under light, the polished coins have a watery laminated shine that does not spin in most cases when moved under light.
