Anyone know where I can find large cents in bulk for sale? I've always been interested in large cents, and now I want to buy large quantities to save a little on each coin.

Anyone know where I can get say somewhere around 50-200 large cents? Maybe somewhere online, or any stores near Toronto Or he GTA.

Also, I've been interested in buying some from 1911-1920 in ms62 rd or higher. Any clue where can give me a reasonable price? Hunting on ebay for a decent price isn't going so well for me

Thanks

I think you would be lucky to find anything above F15 in bulk, and the amount of really low grades and culls that you would get in a bulk lot would drive up the average cost of anything decent. you would be better off just to buy a decent single coin to start.

1911-1920 should be easy enough, be patient and look for raw coins that would grade well instead of paying for something TPG'd. Or get to 50 posts so you can communicate with members here (many of whom could probably help out with a fair deal on MS62s)

Circulated large cents are fairly easy to come by.

If you want to buy in bulk contact the large coin dealers in your area and let them know what you are looking for. Another option to try is flea markets - vendors selling raw coins likely bought them in bulk to start with.

Happy hunting!

It seems to me that large quantities of Canadian Large cents usually end up going for more than they should on ebay, I have had better luck buying them in smaller quantities and getting a better price, As far as the 1911-1920 large cents, the key words are RED and reasonable... You can usually find good deals on ebay on Red Brown coins, but it is going to be tough to get a deal on a full red.
