mdpmedia Pillar of the Community United States 3546 Posts	Posted 11/21/2013 12:19 am Hi, I may have stumbled across a CONECA RPM-001 Top 100 variety on a TRIPLE punched 1949-D LHC but because this particular variety has never presented itself to me before, please do the following: 1) Please reconfirm my choice or, instead, state the correct, applicable error and/or variety that is present on this LHC and 2) Please state your opinion on the overall grade. 3) Assuming that this coin turns out to be a genuine LHC variety and since I am checking this out as a favor for someone else, please opine on what the average retail price would be for a coin such as this. It also looks like it might have spent some time in the ground, and may have environmental damage to it. Probably VF condition. Price is unclear, some one would have to want this in a less than appealing state. Tough call on a retail value - a wild stab says it might sell between 5 to 20 bucks, more if there is someone that wants to complete an RPM set and there are limited numbers of these floating around. A collectible is only as valuable as the collector is willing to pay for it. Report this Post to the Staff
