I'll be going Friday afternoon with my wife's uncle, and also early Saturday and Sunday before I go to work. On Sunday I'll be with two or three other guys from work.
My main goal is to finish my Kennedys and Roosevelts. Also hoping to fill in all the recent Canadian coins on my wantlist. If I have enough cash left for spending, I'll also try to complete my Canadian dime and quarter collections.

Naturally, I just got an unexpected bill in the mail so my 'fun money' just got reduced by $200, but I'm still hoping to get as much as possible with what I DO HAVE to spend.

Lots of buyers today. Looking forward to more of the same on Saturday. Many improvements from last year's first show at this venue.

Penny Guy, are you set up as a vendor there, or (as I) just a shopper? If you have a table, let me know the number so I can say "Hi!".

I went Friday with my uncle from around 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Was crowded when we first got there but thinned out a little by the time we left. I'm going back today (Sat)in another half hour or so to spend some time browsing and/or shopping before I go to work at 3:00pm. Due to crowds yesterday I wasn't able to visit all the tables I'd like to, and my uncle was getting tired too, so I left earlier than desired.

Finally acquired my 1921 Canadian quarter; good deal too! I was unable to find, however, fairly priced late minted (2010-2013) Kennedy proofs. All the clad proofs were $20 or higher; didn't see any silver proofs. They are selling all the Kennedys at MS-69 prices, when all I need are a MS-65's. Also thought I could find the 2012-2013 Canadian quarters cheaper; the vendors I saw with them had them well over $1 each.

I'm going again Sunday with some friends, one who will be in a scooter. Saw one guy in a scooter yesterday and he was able to get through the aisles ok but not sure if he could get close to any tables. Might be a short trip tomorrow.

I noticed the bourse was laid out differently this year; much better. Better electrical ramps this year so no tripping. Glad they learned from last year, which was the first year at this location.

Well, time for a shower, heat up some turkey leftovers, and head out to the show!

I was at this show Friday between 1:00 and 3:30 as well. It was set up much better than last year!! It was really crowded when I got there but on my 2nd time through I was able to get to all the tables without any problems. All in all it was a great show. I was able to find a bunch of good deals on some Seated dimes and Half Dimes that I needed for my albums. I was also able to get the 2008, 2009 and 2011 S silver proof Kennedy that halves I needed at $16 and $19 each so now my Kennedy half album is up to date again. Wish I would have seen this post earlier. It would have been cool to meet some fellow michigan members at the show and maybe share what we picked up over coffee or something.
