Hello,
I am trying to put together a complete Eisenhower Set...Unc., Proof & Silver...all 32 coins. Can someone give me a list of where each coin comes from? Ex. Proof set, Mint set, Blue Ike, Brown Ike.

Thanks

I bought the Dansco 8176 " Eisenhower dollars including proof-only issues". It has all 32 listed so when you get them you can just slide them right into the book. I stared putting mine together and have 4 holes to fill and about 5 I'd like to upgrade with about $200 in it. I kind of wished I had bought one and then upgraded if necessary.

Sorry Chevy. Just checked your link and that is incredibly useful. Hmmm. Will have to start checking out mint set prices more closely :)

There is a coin dealer that specializes in Ike dollars. His web site is jmscoins.com However, prices are rather high. He has a tendency to go for the ultimate in coins for grades. If you go to coin shows you may want to look him up. He goes to just about all of them and especially in the Chicago area.

Hi,
Here the peaple I bought my mint sets and proof sets from. That you can price check. http://www.thehistorybanque.com/proof.php There good on prices and its cheaper than buying single ikes I learned on building my sets.

I learned thats how the pro dealers build those sets. They buy all proof sets and mint sets. Becides building ike sets they build penny book , dime, nickel, quater , halves at same time.

Have fun chevrolet454
