I have this 1881-S Proof like MS64-MS64 Morgan dollar that looks like it is a Candidate for a S/S.

Looks like an RPM to me. Here is the link to the '81-S VAM's. I skimmed through quickly and didn't see it. You have the coin in hand so take a look and best of luck to you. If you find it let us know.

It kind of looks like a VAM55.

Yeah, I looked at 30 also. S/S up and left is certainly how I would describe yours. I wasn't sure if the plate photo of the mint mark for 30 was as minted or PMD, though.
