Cataloging my grandfathers coin collection and came across these rather dull coins. I'm new to coin collecting so please be gentle I'm currently using a scanner but will try to get a hold of a macro lens soon.
I posted numbers above coins for reference. The penny is for scale.

3rd one I believe is French under Napoleon the 3rd

#3: France, Napoleon III, 5 centimes
#4: Belgium, 2 centimes

Not sure of exact date without better pictures.

The first two are a mystery to me.

1st and 2nd look like Young Victoria bust pennies from Great Britain 1860-1894. Should be approximately 30.8 mm in diameter.
