matthewvincent Pillar of the Community United States 3486 Posts	Posted 11/26/2013 5:03 pm Boy, I'd say try rubbing the obverse with your thumb to see if you can remove the reverse letters. This coin, IMO, was in a folder with the last page lying over it. The letters were transferred to the surface of the coin. It happens with coins in a Whitman folder in my experience.
