One of the many things that I am thankful for is the help, patience, and kindness that you have all shown me as I navigate my way through the tricky waters of this hobby that we all love.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Its a great time of the year, being able to wind down and enjoy the simple things of life. To me Family is #1 . I have a daughter and son who collects coins so it will run in the family for at least another generation. This year I didn't bring the subject up, but there was much chatter about "all of these coins I have been buying". I brought my daughter down stairs and showed her the setups and she was almost speechless. She loved the microscopes and the sheer number of coins. I ended up giving her two of the 1972 DDO Die #3's, a ms63 and a ms-64.

It helped solidify a gift for her and also get an idea what types of supplies she will need on my next order. She said yeah Dad since my fiancé and I bought a house, she only has a little time to look over coins. She adds wow I can clearly see the issue with the DDO under a microscope. I probably have been missing the 1972 and other years. Guess what one of her gifts will be this Christmas?

= )

Collector-Corner,
Such a nice Thanksgiving story. The family that shares a love of coins
creates memories that will last a lifetime.
