Quote: Yea you can also check "states" on the reverse On a WAM the letter "A" in STATES is centered between the corresponding letters "T" ... exactly as shown in your example. On a CAM ... the letter "A" is significantly shifted towards the final "T" in STATES. Keep on searching and reporting! I had an important issue come up and then a cold was calling me and I needed to take some medicines and sleep for about 24hrs. Thanks.And no rainy day. I just hope you all can see why I am so perplexed. Out of the many, many 1992's I've viewed over the past few years these were either it or one was it or all were. See I received a clutch of about 10 92's in a couple of Bank rolls the other day. All at one time. You km-ow how they say "things come In bunches." These as you see in this coin had very bold reversr and FG seems far.wide or wider than usual from the Memorial steps. Usually the FG touches slightly steps. These however seen=med quite farther than usual. Is why I still wonder? Looking at this pics again I still feel slightly confused. Cause you see I learned and thought that Close AM means just that, That in some cases A doesn't completely touch and these are just that. I thought. I'll will post other examples from the batch.For learning purposes. Even though after taking a look again today, I still think maybe at least one could still be. Actually one seems to pretty much touch. Also, the activity I am seeing in these are different then I am used to. Especially around the FG area. I welcome all ideas and comments. Plus I will post at least one other one and another tomorrow, Wish me luck. and hope you can confirm one for me, If not on to the next ....... So have at it. 2nd round of pics. What do you think? coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 11/19/2013 02:28 am There are only two reverses during the 92-93 years. Wide and Close AM's The pattern is two different designs. The location of the "M" ID key. If it is off to the left it is a Close AM. If it is centered it is a Wide AM. If the die has wears, this rule does not change. Let me repeat it: If it is off to the left it is a Close AM. If it is centered it is a Wide AM. The FG is part of the design that shows over polishing/wear. So look at the AME to determine this. Not the space to the left of the "M". You will find they are To the left (Close AM) or centered ( Wide AM) Report this Post to the Staff
