I do know when it was released it quickly sold out at the ANA convention - that says something, as books that aren't that great just don't sell out, especially at more than $50.00 per copy! Let us know how you like it if you decide to get a copy. The CBH is one area I have no references books in my extensive library so far, and there are quite a few very excellent books out there. Dick Graham is the "Overton" of the Reeded Halves - he designated the varieties which are now numbered after him with "GR" numbers, building on the work of Jules Reiver before him.
