63 but I wouldn't bet on it without better pictures.

Its all about appearance, then things that take away from the coin. I see chatter on the base of the neck, the cheek, the eye brow and the surface of the coin in the direction Miss Liberty is facing. On the Reverse there are carbon spots or debris under the eagles right wing, and there appears to be a decent amount of chatter under the left wing. Those areas alone could bring it down to a MS64...That's just what I can see.

I agree, though the pics are clear, the angle is wrong. If these areas show a light chatter, a TPG may not count it if it doesn't not detract from the coins appearance. The coin's appearance basically matches up with what is written up as a MS63.

A 64 or higher has to have little chatter, and even then it should be spread out as not to detract from the coins appearance. As is, I'll call it a 63.
