Pictures are tiny. I'd hazard a loose guess of XF/AU

Impossible to tell from these pics.. Any way you can get better ones? Is it a P or S mint?

On a side note... It looks like your holding the coin flat on your fingers? You should try to avoid touching coins (especially silver) on the faces, only hold them by the edge... As the oils from your fingers will damage the coin. Unless you rinse them in acetone very soon after you will have unremovable fingerprints that will drastically reduce any value.

On proof, MS or key date coins (such as this one if it's a p mint) it is extremely important.

Using cotton or laytex gloves isn't a bad idea either... I even use them when holding by the edge..

Looks like an XF pocket piece..
Still quite valuable if a genuine 28-P, save it for a rainy day.

Incredible strike with very nice details! I also, unfortunately, see polishing done to this beauty.

Still, a gorgeous and valuable coin!

Bad News: Coin appears to be polished.

Good News: It's a key date with great detail worth $250.

Didn't know about that. I will take care of my coins next time.
I have already put this coin in acetone because it came with an orrible plastic holder.
Just get this coin for 115$.

Thanks to all for grading comments
