So I got this 1902 Large Cent and the holder it came in said VF20 (the seller's opinion). I personally think it should be at around EF 40. What do you guys think? The reverse is the actual tone of the coin, and the observe has been enlightened to show the details. You can see the full crown, jewels and beads.

I will try to upload another image of the observe later.

All jewels in crown band visible.
All vertical jewels visible.
Can still see some of Eddie's hair.
Moustache fairly distinct.

I would say EF-40.
