Some neat die cracking going on with the reverse. The coin has some nice luster, and is starting to tone nice. But, there is some hits in the reverse fields that may be bag marks or may not be bag marks... I feel like this could make MS64 for sure.

From your pictures I see all sorts of interesting things mostly on the reverse.
Die clash.
Die crack.
There appears to be many contact marks on the obverse, particularly in the field in front of Liberty's face.
That could keep it to a -64 but a -65 wouldn't surprise me.
All depends on what it looks like in hand.
Pictures often overemphasize marks.

Interesting... Can you explain how toning makes it grade higher?
