- Is it secured in a safety deposit box or stored at home in a fireproof safe?

Well,I don't have it yet so it depends on the value as to the decision of a safety deposit box or a fireproof safe.

$25 is a good deal for this $1 coin. On a better day in a hard slab; $75 - $100 for an expertly graded piece of numismatic coinage.

The estimated price was $85.00.

Who's estimate? Be careful of estimated prices,do your research.Charltons prices this coin at $20,CCN Trends at $10.
You didn't do badly at $25 considering the coin is slabbed, they seem to go on ebay for about $30 slabbed and $5 raw.

"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
