This one came from an old Whitman book that was published in 1958. Who knows how long it sat in there. One of those old green Whitman fold-out books. Looks like it has dome PVC damage too. Some of it wiped off (probably wasn't the best idea) An acetone both might help it.. Grade?

EF-40 details. The coin looks like it was cleaned at some point.
