For me it's on the borderline between F-15 and VF-20.

FINE-15+.
Without corn kernels showing better, nor
a split in the bow, and the apparent lack of detail in the forehead
hair: these lead me to withhold a VF grade.

Perfect example of an F-15 V nickel. Not enough hair detail in the forehead as Matthewvincent mentioned
