Being an 'older' PCGS slab, the chances are great that the coin will be overgraded by a large amount.

Thanks for your opinions. IMO this dollar is MS65 Cameo. This is a early example of a PCGS graded canadian coin. When it was graded by PCGS, ICCS was not even in business yet. Early PCGS graded coins are not overgraded and are more likely correctly graded or undergraded in comparison to grading today. I'm sure this is why you hear of collectors/dealers breaking out the slabs and resummitting for possibly higher grades.
