I am digging through the remains of the 1959-D bag I bought and I find this;

Looks like a nice struck error. You might check the inside of the bag to see if the item struck through the obverse is still in the bag?

The bag is empty, the coins are currently in an oversized ziplock container. I'll turn the bag inside out and look for any debris. We are looking for additional errors and if we find anything, I'll let you know. We'll keep an eye out for anything that may have landed and is stuck on another coin.

We're currently pulling two types of die cracks on this pass, and it is going quick. I've done about 500 coins last night and have about 3 rolls total of die cracks, mainly across Lincoln's skull.

The last pass will be a quick check of the obverse and reverse to pull out errors and ms64 or better coins.
We should be done with the 1959-D bag this weekend.

You may want to turn the bag inside out and use clear packing tape on the stitching areas. This might find the struck through item? Nice find.
