Misaligned 1$ And Low Serial

I have had these for several years and thought I would get opinions. One the serial No is off 1/2 inch and a low serial number. Also special No`s Both 1969 notes

The bottom note has a slight shift in the 3rd printing. It does add a little bit of premium to the note but nothing to write home about.

The top note has an interesting serial number but the extreme wear takes away any premium.

Just my opinions.
