Welcome to the CCF! Great site, this, having many, knowledgeable members.
Unique? ... Possibly, but it could be duplicated by removing the plating from the same, targeted areas on another, plated
Indian cent. Over the years, I've seen many palted
Indian cents and Civil War tokens, too. They were popularly used as jewelry is rings, bracelets and necklaces. Indeed, the subject coin appears to have once been mounted, as there are bits of plating absent around the obverse rim.
Even if the coin is unique, in terms of the plating having been removed from targeted areas, it's nominal worth is that of a trinket, a novelty item. If it was a key date, it'd be worth much more as a filler coin. This said, there are certainly non-collectors who, lacking knowledge of these
PMD plated coins, might harbor a perception of worth.
