Same coin different pictures, can someone tell me if this is a T1 or a T2 thanks sorry cant get better pictures.

Thanks... I have been looking back and forth between pictures and to be honest with you this is very hard to tell. The wear and zoom is not good. If I had to -> guess <- I would say I am leaning more towards a #1, but that is merely and educated guess with what I can see.

Definitely type 2. You can tell by the slope of the forehead. Type 1 comes straight down. Type 2 comes down on more of an angle.

Where did you find that? All the reference pics I could find were focused on the H.?

OBV2 you can tell by the shape of the forehead as mentioned by northcoin,and the double chin. Charlton's cannot mention these markers due to copyright issues.Buy a used copy of Coins Of Canada,by Haxby and Willey,additional markers for all denomination obverse varieties can be found there.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website
