From my recent large cent album purchase:

1798 - FR-02 details, corrosion

Interested to hear other grade opinions and die variety if anyone is up for it, please?

Ya I'd agree with FR-2 unless maybe there is a PO/FR-1.5

I am in no way an expert on early copper ... but FR02 corroded details seems about right.

Lovely coin indeed ... hopeful the experts can weigh in with variety information.

Pretty strong for Fr2, I'd say AG details.

I am actually at borderline AG-3 myself but with the corrosion and partial date I think technically it could only be FR-02.

I am more interested to hear the variety on this one. Amiga?
