There is a coin show in Baltimore this weekend. I have never been to a larger coin show and was curious if they tend to have optics dealers there? I am looking for a good coin scope and would like to try one out before purchasing.

My guess is no. I have been to only a couple of large shows, but have never seen any scopes.

I have never seen optics dealers at the coin shows. Unfortunately, Bobby and I have to work this weekend, so we won't be able to make it to the show.

Doubtful, but you may get lucky and find one used.

Enjoy the show!!

One tip when going to a large coin show. Make sure you have something in mind or you will go insane with all the possible coins you can buy. I just went to my first one last weekend(Midamerica Coin Expo in Chicago)and I really didn't have anything in mind (except for an 1804 large cent or quarter). I ended up seeing so many nice coins, that I didn't really buy anything (only spent $150) even though I had $1500 to spend. There was so much that I could spend that I was completely overwhelmed and didn't want to risk spending money on something that I wasn't 100% sure that I knew what I was getting myself into. But it was fun and I would recommend going to them.
Rest in Peace

I was at the ANA Convention in Denver, and didn't see any optics for sale.

You might get lucky. Most shows don't have optics dealers but I have seen them sporadically at the largest shows in St. Louis. You could always call the dealers that you are interested in looking at and see if they do show traveling.

The Long Beach Coin & Collectibles show (held 3X each year in Long Beach, CA) usually includes at least 1 microscope dealer. They've always had demo units available to try when I've attended the show.
