So I was digging around my old collection and came across this little guy... What do you think?

I would have to go with G. The shield is blending into the star, rims are nearly flat with the letters starting to blend into them.

This is what I was thinking too... Thanks. I bought this like 20 years ago. Forgot I even had it. Was digging around and found it and even though it is worn like crazy I still think it is a pretty cool little pre-civil war item.

They are fun pieces to have. Are there any clash marks? I know your piece is worn but if it had a strong clash, it still might e evident.

Is that a clash mark in the first image right above the word OF?

I think that is PMD and not a clash. Here is a thread with some images of clashes.
