VF details rim damage. No grade at a TPG.

I agree with the others. I would also be worried that an S mint mark may have been removed. If it is a Philadelphia coin, it would still have some value despite the condition.

The detail should make VF20 and it is a valuable coin even damaged as it is. Assuming it is a genuine 1928 dollar, it is a $150 coin easy.

Thanks to everyone... This forum is great I just avoided a costly mistake. @BH1964 I agree with you however they were asking much more then $150. Again, thanks everyone!
