I'm assuming the OP is referring to the rim of the coin. It is wider on one side. Your coin is either Struck Off Center, MAD (mis-aligned die) or struck out of the collar (Partial Collar-might be this one). I cannot tell by the pictures given which is which. If its Off-center or MAD it is not worth any premium because it isn't off center enough. The devices of the coin need to be affected for it to be worth a premium.
