This coin is still in the proof set and the half in this proof set is doubled as well I also have another 71 proof set where the quarter and the dime is doubled like this one again?
Are these just Machine Doubling or the real deal? I cant find them listed anywhere I am am really interested in the dimes. They are the most doubled. Please help

I think it is just Machine Doubling. The proof coins are struck more than once. Sometimes you see this on them. Nothing is enlarged, just reduced because of the second striking. If they were a doubled die they would be enlarged. I see this often on proof cents.

When I joined this forum in the beginning I have asked the same question about 2 of my proof coins having similar effect. I think is time for a revisit, check it out...'Better Strike Doubling'
