How would you grade as is?

If cleaned, by soaking in acetone, would it grade better?
That's if it actually cleans up nice.

G-4/G-6. And an acetone soak never hurts so try it. If anything the value won't go down.

, Won't bother silver coins, that is.. Only removes organic material like pvc.

$24. is fair for that coin. Soak it in acetone overnight.

Looks like good honest wear.
