Is It A ' 1 Yuan - Yuan Shikai ? ' Weight Seems Wrong.

Came across this. It looks like it is a 1 Yuan- Yuan Shikai. 1914-1921.
It has a diameter of 39mm and 2mm thick and weighs 20g ( this is the bit that puzzles me). So am I correct or is it something else ?
Any help appreciated.

Might be a fake... I'm not certain but those stars on the guys suit don't look right...

That's why the weight has me puzzled and yes, the stars are rather 'proud' on the surface.

A lot of these 'chinese' tokens are fakes or replicas.
Sometimes you can clearly see that they are not silver.
Most have a diam of 39mm. Is it magnetic?
