Loosing my sight looking for these things, plus I am not very confident this is what it looks like. Your comments would be appreciated. I tried as best as I could to get the markers. Thanks!

Sorry. All I see is a normal coin. Look again at the thickness on the upper serif of the 009:

You coin doesn't show that thickness. More like a normal mint mark for that year. You coin has a contact mark on that location on the upper serif.
