I was surprised to read yesterday in another forum that as there are people who collect error coins or whatever, there are people who collect as a hobby fake coins or banknotes.

Lie about name, address, have another email. Just like crooked people but use untruths to burn crooked people. He ain't likin the negative. We have stopped them coming to Canada, but they will get here eventually from him.

He (or ebay) has eliminated almost all his listings. Now in the Butterfly coin he added: "THIS IS NOT SOLID SILVER COIN WITH MURANO GLASS THIS IS SILVERPLATED COIN WITH NO MURANO GLASS. INSECT AND FLOWER ARE JUST PAINTED, NOT GLUED " |

That great news ebay did something I reported all the canadian coins . Guess I report the rest. |

He still has 1 ad for glass butterfly coin. The bin shows 1 sold at $71.00 cad. He can be reported for accepting other methods of payment than Paypal. He only has 2 ads up now. Yesterday he had a large selection of coins offered. It's nice to see when reporting does work! There's a seller in England, I've reported several times for fake titanic coins, they Are still listing. I had put a bunch of their item numbers under the fake robin and duck thread. Are people using the CCF reporting link under ebay auction topics? |

Yea I agree also, we need to band together and report these fake coins and hound these sellers.. be a thorn in their side....
the Internet is powerful and we can use it to limit the damage that is done.
I tip my hat to everyone who has been reporting these fakes. It is very disgusting what they are doing with these coins.

Grand respect to all of you, who does care and fights back all the similar cases! I need clarification, please, guys: If the ebay seller exactly describes the item, that he sells "replica, not silver, ...etc" without even using word coin and gives real image of the item - does he allowed to sell it? |
