Just remember, don't clean them (don't even wipe them) and store them so they don't rub against each other any more.
The 1723 shilling (SSC) looks cleaned but the others look ok. The '58 and '87 sixpences look decent. All in all a respectable selection and some nice varieties (SSC, Lima, Welsh silver (plumes reverse) 1707) Should keep you (or your Sister?) busy for a while identifying and grading them.
