You guys are good! Here is the grade:

You-Vs.-NGC:-1835-Capped-Bust-Quarter

There are a few scratches on the slab that may have caused some of you to say cleaned. I also think this could reach XF40 if cracked out and submitted to PCGS, but I don't think I am going to bother with it.
