B-2, I think (R2) and I'm totally OK with it at VF35. 40 wouldn't surprise me.

EF40 but a 35 grade won't surprise me.

I think it might make XF-40 and I don't see a serious cleaning issue. I can easily see this coin in a problem-free holder.
