What's a fair price for the 2011 and 2012 Presidential dollar proof sets with box and coa? Or what do they usually go for?

You should really look at ebay sold listings..
that would give you a market price.

I got my 2011 for $12.00, I wouldn't pay over $15.00
The 2012 is a totally different deal, same everything as 2007-2011, but the mint abruptly cut off proof sales in the early fall, making the these sets the lowest mintage of the series. The going rate is $40-$50. I will not pay that. A couple of years of patience maybe require to fill the 2012 slot.

It also depends if you want the single set packaging with COA or the lens only. The lens only is about $2-$3 cheaper than with the box. 2011 is running about $15 and the 2012 is about $50-$55 per the reasons denco7 mentioned.

This set is almost always cheaper on the aftermarket (except for 2012) so it never really pays to buy it individually from the Mint for $18.95. Many collectors and dealers break up the standard proof set for the individual coins, so the single lens is almost always cheaper than the offering from the Mint.
