It weighs the same as a similar coin. 4 grams. It does not look like it has been tampered with.

It looks like someone took a hammer to the coin while it was on a hard surface. Where it is no longer round you know something happened post-mint. Also, the abrasion lines all going in the same direction on the obverse would seem to indicate it was aggressively cleaned. Maybe with a belt sander. Hard to say.
