Any thoughts?

I studied two different ones long and hard. I chose this one but opted against one that was actually 1 grade higher. It had a faint yellow tone throughout. I have an Albany commem that had virtually identical toning which is what attracted me to but ultimately chose this one. Would love some feedback.

I suppose the lack of replies is because of the double post of this coin in two forums ...

PCGS MS64 as I recall.

I need to say this ... to the commemorative forum ... wondering about your goals for the set ... this coin is a lovely addition.

Ok once again still getting used to the forum. Any corrections on my faux pas are accepted and appreciated.

I am a big American history fan, which is why I love the commems so much. I had a few from when I was younger and now am starting to pick them up as I go.

Unfortunately I don't have clear 'goals' which is why my purchases are erratic.

1. I like anything related to N.Y. because that is where I am from. Specifically from New Rochelle, so you know my favorite commem of course. (Huguenots settled New Rochelle which is why I like that coin)

2. I live in Texas so I like the Texas coins as well.

3. Anytime I pick a methodology for my collection I always break it...i.e. only MS 62, or yellowish toned coins. I always see something else that takes my attention away.

Hope this was the right forum for this response.

It is okay, we were all new once, having to learn the ropes.

For those who want to follow along, here is the other thread, originally posted in US Classic Grading...

https://goccf.com/t/165185

I am have moved that one to this forum since we would like to keep all US Commemorative talk (even grading and V/E discussion) in the one place.

No harm, no foul.
