Ok Folks here is one to practice on.
The small scratches are on the plastic 2x2 not the coin.

PR-68 I'm not sure from the photo if the cam,is broken on the obverse, it appears to be by the ear and eye,and the bottom of the bell on the reverse,, if that is a photo anomoly then it could also be a cam?

Its a beautiful proof Nohope!!

Doesn't seem frosty enough ob/rev for cam to my untrained eye, FBL would depend on whether using NGC or PCGS criteria-top lines appear complete, bottom ones aren't.
