I posted (on these forums) 5 coins over a period of time of coins that have been cross graded at par. That's a factual reality. Not saying that the disparity doesn't happen, but to claim that it's consistent across the board is just factually incorrect. So unless you can provide some specific cross graded examples, I'll have to stick with my theory. BTW, the first ICCS coin posted is absolutely net graded as SPP states.
