I think ICCS completely missed the mark on that one. Given the lustre and the strike, that coin is EF-40 all day... I am tempted to buy it, and resubmit it as part of an experiment...
But I won't. ICCS also completely missed, or didn't comment on, the large scratch that runs from the back of the head, over the ear and to the temple. This is a perfect example of ICCS's "net grading". If that scratch was not there - would ICCS still graded it VF-30?
