I will have to agree with DBM ,I dont think it grades that high either...

But I won't. ICCS also completely missed, or didn't comment on, the large scratch that runs from the back of the head, over the ear and to the temple. This is a perfect example of ICCS's "net grading". If that scratch was not there - would ICCS still graded it VF-30?

DBM, My theories are backed by some experimental fact. I posted (on these forums) 5 coins over a period of time of coins that have been cross graded at par. That's a factual reality. Not saying that the disparity doesn't happen, but to claim that it's consistent across the board is just factually incorrect. So unless you can provide some specific cross graded examples, I'll have to stick with my theory. BTW, the first ICCS coin posted is absolutely net graded as SPP states.
