It looks like asyn has changed his grading style, no more specific grades, now uncirculated, EF, VF, etc... A nice change, starts for auctions ending Tuesday.
Maybe too many complaints?

I know exactly who yu mean (Or Company to be more detailed)...I hav been following him for a couple Years...They had a reputation for overgrading..(To say the least). They hav some very mad customers after they get there Mail....Some bid only a cheap amount and are Okay with deal they got......I heard some bid an ammount two grades lower so that they are not mad.....Some customers of say asyn paper,, are mad at the huge ammount of tape used to pak.....just as (World coins) customers of acyn-mmton...... Do they still overgrade stuff? What exactly is the new change for next week....

If I'm not mistaken, removing the numbers from the "grade" in the listing would comply with ebay.com rules. Maybe they're simply trying to reach a broader customer base, i.e., the U.S.

I for one will miss the many "wonderful" coins and superlative grades that ASYN shared with us here...

I think they currently or already have a good US customer base ,,,No, ? .... I for some strange reason will still go online to view his coins (Ontario based), changed from coins (asyn..asymtomm) to PaperMoney in April (AsynPaper).....same company all three, but they also stay separate........Webpages, mail, bidding, e-mal, etc....

I think asyn has his own Mint because the amount of stuff he sells everyday it's absolutely amazing. Even the biggest formal dealers can't make that.

I believe the account in question was asked to comply with ebay's rules. With respect to volume, the only entities that can pull in that kind of stock are road shows that regularly pillage small Ontario towns. Although I'm not sure that is the case here.

Somewhere around here at some point, somebody posted that their inventory is partially composed of the coins that come from their large local coin dealer: Canadian Coin & Currency's. Asyn would sell their purchases that aren't salable in store, or don't make the cut.
Thats what I remember anyways...

Quote: persistnt Arianzo and Hunter ,,,,,,,,, I did hear a couple years ago that man (Asyn) is an ambulance chaser----not for lawsuit but I guess coin collectors that move on to paradise............Still cannot be the only answer for ammount of stuff ? Yeah, that could explain 1% of his stock ...
