In the beginning I though that; an Xtra number 1 was there, like a cigar. Mr John1. How an MD ( Mechanical Doubling) o ( Machine Doubling), can be oriented to two different points at the same time? The doubling in the building is oriented to west. And the doubling in Pluribus is oriented to the East. Also the shape it self in each letter of PLURIBUS is "rounded". Are you sure it's an MD?
I am no pro but the upper right of building looks like Machine Doubling and E.P.U. looks normal to me for the date. Maybe coop will chime in soon. John1
