its a 1983 d quarter pretty sure its a error becuase its all the like that in "united states of America" ? if it is anyone one know whats its worth if anything ?

A little advise. Your photo is not large enough to see what you might be seeing. There is two things you should.
1: Describe what it is you are seeing. Don't worry about terminology just do the best you can.
2: Post a photo of the full coin both obverse (front, heads) and reverse ( back, tails). You might not see anything on the other areas but we might spot clues as to what is going on with your coin.
